Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel Pro or Team at any time, without contacting us, from Manage billing on the dashboard’s plan card. It opens Paddle’s billing portal, where the cancellation takes effect.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- When that period ends, the account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: your existing monitors and their configuration are kept, but you cannot add more beyond the Free plan’s limits.
- Once the paid period has ended, you can subscribe again from the upgrade page.
The Free plan has no subscription to cancel. To close your account entirely, email support@getpulsecheck.io.
Refunds
Because Paddle is the seller of record, refunds are issued by Paddle under the Paddle refund policy and Paddle’s buyer terms. We do not add conditions of our own on top of them.
In particular, where the law where you live gives consumers a right to withdraw from a purchase — such as the 14-day withdrawal right in the European Union and the United Kingdom — that right applies in full, as Paddle’s policy describes. Nothing on this page limits a right you have under mandatory consumer law.
How to ask for a refund
You can ask in either of two ways:
- Through Paddle, using the link in the receipt email Paddle sent when you paid.
- By emailing support@getpulsecheck.io with the email address on your account. We will pass the request to Paddle and tell you the outcome.
Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used. If you think you were charged in error, contact us before raising a dispute with your bank — it is usually faster.
