Review your profile and contact context

Use the Profile workspace to understand which identity and handoff details are visible to operators during shared incident work. The page is a readiness surface: it shows what is read-only, linked elsewhere, or still empty.

Review your profile context

  1. Open Profile from the dashboard.
  2. Review the account identity group for your name, sign-in email, and current workspace role.
  3. Review reachability and handoff context for notification email, time zone, backup contact, and working-hours guidance.
  4. Review public incident identity and the link to security settings for recovery context.

Profile editing status

Profile editing is not currently available from this workspace. Empty fields use disabled actions such as Edit name soon and Set timezone soon; they do not save changes. Login email remains managed by the sign-in account, while workspace role and recovery verification link to other dashboard surfaces.

The authenticated profile endpoint provisions an account during signup and reads the caller's stored profile. It is not a supported customer-facing profile editing workflow.
