Understand the Reports workspace
Use the Reports workspace to understand the reporting model GetPulseCheck is preparing. Today it is a readiness and planning surface, not a report generator.
What you can use today
- Review monitor health, uptime, and response-time details in the dashboard and monitor views.
- Review incident timelines, acknowledgement state, and regional confidence in the Incidents workspace.
- Assemble a stakeholder update manually from the incident facts and share a public incident timeline when appropriate.
- Use the Reports page to understand planned report types and the data they are expected to combine.
What is not available yet
- CSV downloads for uptime, latency, incidents, or SSL/domain data.
- Generated PDF or JSON reports.
- Automatically generated report templates.
- Scheduled weekly or monthly delivery.
- Saved reports, report history, or a report queue.
The dashboard Reports page contains illustrative planning copy and empty states. It does not produce a downloadable report, and its SSL/domain content should not be treated as an authoritative export source.
About available data endpoints
GetPulseCheck has authenticated internal JSON endpoints for product surfaces. For example, the metrics endpoint returns one tenant-owned monitor's hourly availability and p50/p95/p99 response-time data for a fixed seven-day range. It is not a public export API and should not be used as a customer integration.
