Getting started

Signing up, logging in, and password reset

Create an account and sign in so you can configure monitors and review their health from the dashboard.

Create an account

  1. Open Sign up.
  2. Enter your full name, work email, and password, or continue with Google.
  3. Select Create account to open the dashboard.

Log in

  1. Open Log in.
  2. Enter your email address and password, or continue with Google.
  3. Select Remember me for 30 days only on a device you control. Without it, GetPulseCheck keeps the session for the current browser session.
  4. Select Log in to open the dashboard.

Reset your password

  1. On the login page, select Forgot password?
  2. Enter your email address and select Send reset link.
  3. Check your inbox and follow the reset link, then return to login.

For privacy, the confirmation message does not disclose whether the email address belongs to an account.
