Share your status page

Copy and verify the public URL

1. Open Dashboard, then select Settings.
2. In the Public status pageeditor, select Open public pageto open the saved page at /s/your-slug.
3. Copy the full URL and open it in a private browser window. This confirms that the page is public and does not depend on your dashboard session.
4. Share the URL in your incident updates, support responses, status notices, or service documentation.

What visitors see

• The page title, optional logo, and accent color you configured.
• The overall status for the published monitors.
• Each monitor's display name, target, and status.
• 90-day uptime when ClickHouse analytics are available.
• Groups and monitor order from the editor.
• A last-updated timestamp and an automatic refresh indicator.

Status labels are written out so state is not communicated by color alone: Operational, Degraded, Down, Paused, and Unknown.

Understand live behavior

• The page revalidates approximately every 30 seconds while the browser tab is visible, so monitor status changes appear without a manual reload.
• If a monitor is deleted, it is removed from the public page automatically.
• If 90-day uptime analytics are unavailable, uptime shows —and the page uses the monitor's stored update time as the last-checked value.
• If the status-page database client is unavailable, visitors see a status-page unavailable message. Other transient database failures may return an error response, so retry the page if it does not load.
