Common questions
What does GetPulseCheck monitor?
HTTP/HTTPS uptime, TCP checks, ping checks, and response time. HTTPS checks validate certificates on every check; dedicated SSL/TLS expiry tracking is coming soon.
How often are checks performed?
Free includes up to 20 monitors at a 3-minute cadence. Pro (coming soon) will run checks every 60 seconds and add deeper alert controls.
Where are your monitoring probes located?
We currently operate probes in 4 regions: US East (Ashburn, Virginia), US West (San Jose), Europe (Stockholm), and Asia Pacific (Tokyo). This gives you a global view of your endpoints' availability.
How will I be alerted?
Email alerts are available today. Pro (coming soon) will add thresholds, schedules, and escalation controls, while additional delivery destinations are still rolling out.
Do you provide a public status page?
We currently provide a hosted status experience demo at /status. Workspace users can also publish one tenant-specific page from Dashboard Settings and share its public
