Before planning to add operators, confirm what GetPulseCheck supports today. Teammate invitations are on the roadmap and are not available in the product.
Current status
Planned scope
When team management is enabled, pending invites are intended to show who is being added, which role they will receive — service owner, backup reviewer, or public communicator — and what work they are expected to cover on day one. Until then, plan your roster around the three-role model without expecting the dashboard to enforce it.
