Choose a check interval that fits the signal
Set how often a monitor checks its target. The monitor form offers intervals from 1 minute to 1 hour.
Intervals you can select
- 1 minute
- 2 minutes
- 5 minutes
- 10 minutes
- 15 minutes
- 30 minutes
- 1 hour
The default interval is 5 minutes. The monitor API accepts a wider range, from a minimum of 60 seconds to a maximum of 86400 seconds, or 24 hours, so intervals longer than 1 hour are available only through the API.
Set the interval
- Open the interval control in the monitor form.
- Choose the interval that matches the response time you need.
- Save the monitor and confirm the interval in its details.
